Our Commitment

At NBA YoungBoy Official Shop, we make efforts every day to make you feel confident in using our NBA YoungBoy merch while singing along to “Outside Today”. That’s why we always focus on improving the product’s quality and making our return and refund policy as easy as possible. However, if something isn’t quite right, please reach out to us within 7 days from the delivery date for our help.

What’s Covered?

Within one week of receiving your order, we are happy to address your return/ refund request for any of those unexpected issues:
  • Wrong Item: If you find that we send you the wrong item, not what you ordered, reach out to us ASAP so that we can send you a replacement or refund
  • Damaged Item: It’s our fault if you received a damaged item after unboxing/ open the package, therefore we’ll definitely take responsibility for this reason
  • Wrong Size: No worries, we’ll send the right one to you ASAP if the size of the item you receive is different from what you selected.

What’s Not Eligible?

We can’t accept your request if the reasons are not due to our ends. For more details, please check the list below:
  • Correct Size & Item: We can’t offer a return or exchange if we send you the correct size as per your order, but it doesn’t fit you.
  • Products do not meet expectations: We know that you love your NBA YoungBoy merch. That’s why if it doesn’t match your expectations, that’s on you, our fellow fans.
  • Accidental Damage /Improper Care: it’s not eligible for a return because those reasons are on your end and we can’t control it. Feel free to contact us and treat your NBA YoungBoy gear with love when you get it in your hands
  • Worn or Washed: We can only accept items that are in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed condition.

Return & Refund Process

To report your problem, kindly send us an email to our mailbox to get our help. Our support agent will review your circumstances to determine the reason and send you instructions about the next steps.
Please note that we only accept your return/ refund request with our permission; we’ll not be responsible if you return it yourself.
Kindly let us know your order ID, explain your problem briefly, and attach the proof showing your issues when sending an email so that we can quickly resolve your matters.

Refund time

If we reach an agreement that we’ll issue a refund to your account, the money will be back to your original form of payment. Please note that it will take some days for your refund to be available on your account; we seek your patience in this situation. And feel free to get in touch with us if the refund hasn’t been posted on your account after 3 business days.
